Lakenheath SOAR Two-Day Resiliency Training Course 22-23 Feb 2024

We are excited to share that Lakenheath SOAR will be facilitating a two-day resiliency training course for LHS students February 22^nd & 23^rd!  The course will take place from 0800-1500 at LHS and will be facilitated by Master Resiliency Trainers SSgt Cooper, TSgt Ward, & A1C Bentley.  The course is open to a maximum of 20 LHS students (students are selected on a first-come, first-served basis by submitting the form below) and its objective is to build skills students need to successfully adapt, recover, and continue to perform well during times of stress.  More information about the course is contained within the form.
